Spark Health Africa and TECDEN, with funding from the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, have agreed to work in partnership to support the Government of Tanzania’s initiatives to enhance the Early Childhood Development ecosystem. Through this initiative we will work closely with Prime Minister’s Office and President Office-Regional Administrative and Local Government, under the leadership of Ministry of Community Development, Gender Women and Special Groups.
